How much does a LuxeVows wedding website cost?
Our wedding website packages are tailored to each couple — based on your needs, design preferences, and the features your day calls for. We provide a clear quote after a short consultation, once we understand your vision.
How long before the wedding should we book?
We recommend reaching out at least three months before the day, though we have built sites in less time. Earlier bookings give us more space to refine the details, and to plan around any custom photography or print materials you'd like the site to mirror.
What's included? What costs extra?
Every wedding site comes with a private subdomain, an editorial home page, RSVP collection, a moderated guest book, a curated gallery of up to twenty plates, and one year of hosting. Most couples need nothing more. If you'd like a custom domain, additional pages, or extended hosting, we'll cover those in your quote.
What happens to our site after the wedding?
Your site stays online for one year after the wedding, no extra cost. We send a quiet reminder a month before the year is up, with the option to renew. If you'd rather take the site down, we'll archive your data and remove the site at any time.
Can we use our own domain instead of a luxe-vows.com subdomain?
Yes — a custom domain can be arranged to give your wedding site a more polished, personal feel. We'll guide you through the setup as part of the process.
Can we transfer the site somewhere else later?
Your photos and content are yours. If you ever need to take them elsewhere, we'll provide a clean export. The site itself is built specifically for our platform, so it doesn't move with you — but the words, photos, and guest book entries always do.
Can we make changes after the site goes live?
Yes. Your site is built by hand, and edits happen the same way. Send your changes to bookings@luxe-vows.com and we'll have them live within 24 hours.
Do you work with couples outside Malawi?
Yes — we work with couples in different locations, in or beyond Malawi. The process is the same wherever you are; we just adjust the conversation around your time zone. Reach out and we'll talk through the details.
What if our wedding gets postponed or cancelled?
We understand that plans can change. Your site can be updated accordingly, and we'll work closely with you to adjust timelines and details in line with your new arrangements.
